I happened to find this stuff called “Allimax”, and it’s garlic at it’s best. Capsule form. Very potent!
Taking Niacin is another good option instead of BP medications. Get the non-flushing kind. It helps a lot, too.
Try using the Himalayan Salt, rather than the junk salt from the grocery store. Tons of trace minerals that will help your BP come down & stay down. Iodine is another much needed nutrient that none of us get enough of. That’s what’s missing in the grocery store salt….Iodine. Getting the husband to believe me is quite another story….he thinks I’m nuts. Of course, once he starts to get sick, he’s whining to me “what can you give me to make me feel better?” I use the Oil of Oregano or some Colodialr Silver. He hates admitting that it really works. He’d rather run to the doctor, get antibiotics. I surrender, trying to convince him. My friends have all tried these remedies, and can testify to the effectiveness of everything. Learn to make your own tinctures, too: Elderberry, Echinaccea, Dandelion Root, etc. Very easy to make. Just get some cheap Scotch Whiskey to make the tinctures, and the bulk herbs. Dark colored little bottles to store it in, once it’s done. Takes 6 weeks, shaking the stuff once a day. Old Mason jars work great to make tinctures.
